We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinical Director, preferably with a BCBA-D certification, to join our team in Chantilly, VA. Position: Clinical Director (BCBA-D preferred)
Location: Chantilly, VA
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to a team of Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing data analysis
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Lead staff training and professional development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines
- Oversee program evaluation and quality assurance measures
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Develop and implement practice management systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure proper scheduling, billing, and record-keeping processes
- Monitor and analyze practice metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Represent the practice in professional conferences, meetings, and networking events
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) certification strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of ABA, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions and methodologies
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis procedures
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines in the field of ABA
