Our work environment includes modern office setting with open concept. Our team presently consists of 4 team members with the need for a fourth.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience in corporate accounting. Work in unison with a team of 4.

Duties:

- Manage accounts payable functions

- Perform double entry bookkeeping tasks accurately

- Reconcile balance sheets and resolve any discrepancies

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Experience:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk

- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices

- Knowledge of corporate accounting procedures

- Ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in accounting software applications

Skills:

- Financial concepts

- Double entry bookkeeping

- Balance sheet reconciliation

- Accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics and Excel are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
