* This is not your typical 8-5p We are supporting individuals 24 hours/day, 7 days per week so on-call is required and weekend work is not uncommon. As the House Manager you will have a team to manage including overseeing training and in service. Responsibility: * Ensuring staffing is covered 24/7 - placing and setting up ,conduccting interviews. * Running background checks * Conducting orientation and onboarding of new employees * Overseeing the monthly team schedule, Oversee residential staffing and performance * Capable of effective communications with all sources of contact both within the facility (including employees and residents, consumers ) and at the various agency, community levels , including guardians. * Manages activities of each individual’s Person Directed Plan (PDP) to ensure * Assist with monitoring performance management of staff (including evaluations, developmental plans, progressive discipline, etc.) * Performs an audit on random charts monthly * Assists with billing and navigating the appropriate billing systems and files all required documentation accordingly for each client * Assist program managers to prepare for licensing, attend inspections, answer requests of licensing personnel, and follow-up to licensing deficiencies * Performs monthly site visits for assigned clients at program sites to address client needs * Assists Administration in implementing a teaching and training philosophy emphasizing improved, independent functioning for each individual. * Performs quarterly home audits for all location including but not limited to individual homes, residential homes, and Host individual if applicable * Follows Texas Department of Family Protective Services and Adult Protective Services guidelines and regulations regarding Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation * Ensures HIPPA standards are followed at all times and client confidentiality is kept as well * Ensure compliance with licensing standards year round * Other duties as assigned by supervisor Working Conditions: Works within a standard office environment, with some travel may be required in the near future .Extensive computer work with long periods of sitting. You may be required to work on the floor helping residents. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience: High School or higher education . 2 years experience with data management, Supervision experience in a role similiar to job opening. Experience with HCS rules & regulations. Reliable transportation able to pass a background check. Have a CNA or higher certification . * Ability to influence or persuade others under positive or negative circumstances; Adapt to different styles; Listen critically; Collaborate . Able to do charting and vitals * Multi-Tasking / Time Management: Prioritize and manage actions to meet changing deadlines and requirements within a high volume, high stress environment * Information Management: Ability to manage large amounts of complex information easily, communicate it clearly, and draw sound conclusions * Organizational Skills: Ability to organize people or tasks, adjust to priorities, learn systems, within time constraints and with available resources; Detail-oriented * Computer Literacy: Ability to function in a multi-system Microsoft environment using Word, Outlook, the Internet, and department software applications Location : Spring, TX Job : Fulltime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
