Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: Tuesday- Friday 9 am to 3 pm, 24 hours a week guaranteed! They would love a date night/day 1-2X’s a month.
About the Family:
- Care is needed for a 2.5-month-old baby boy! The family is working with a doula to get him on a routine.
- Dad works in and out of the home. Mom will be tag teaming with the family assistant.
- Two friendly Frenchies will be in the home.
- The family can offer a 6-month-long contract to start.
About the Job:
- All standard family assistant duties including, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping-light, general tidying, errands, dog walking, scheduling appointments, and managing vendors.
- Mileage reimbursement is offered for driving on the job.
- The family would love the FA to travel with their family 2 times at the end of the summer (but it is not required).
- All standard benefits including, paid sick time, PTO to coordinate with the families, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered.
- RSV vaccination would be nice to have, but not required.
- The family has a doula who will be working in the home at night.
The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this job will have strong infant experience, live a healthy and active lifestyle, be proactive around the home, and have a passion for early childhood development. They would love an outgoing candidate who is comfortable tag-teaming with Mom.
