Serving America since 1997, our commitment is to provide the best products and services in a friendly, professional, and caring way. We are actively seeking a self-motivated individual who can multi-task, enjoys data entry, and working with a network of patients, physicians, and durable medical equipment (DME) companies.

Responsibilities for the job include:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients/customers at all times
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Document patient/customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Resolve issues surrounding missing patient demographic information and medical records

Physical Demands for the job include:

  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Talking for long periods of time

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate office equipment, computer, copier, etc.
  • Communication skills including phone and email
  • Customer service skills

Hours:

  • Full-time; Monday - Friday
