What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unarmed Security Guard position at ABC Services of Maryland?
Hours:
Monday through Thursday ( 8am to 5pm )
Requirements:
We are looking for a professional Security Officer to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and observe and report all inappropriate actions.
Responsibilities
· Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
· Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
· Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
· Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
· Report in detail any suspicious incidents
· Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter
· Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
· Helping Front Desk for smooth functionality
· Proven work experience as a guard or relevant position
· Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
· Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
· Integrity and professionalism

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
