Medical Billing and Coding

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years medical billing and insurance experience.
  • High level computer proficiency is required.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, interact effectively, and professionally.

Essential Position Function and Duties

  • Review claim rejections and communicate with payers to resolve billing issues.
  • Work Rejections: accurately interpret non-payment codes and make necessary corrections for re-submission of claim.
  • Performs day-to-day billing and follow-up activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Associate (Preferred)
