Shift: 8a-4p, Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $36.00/hr-$41.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Base Wage: $40.00/hr (RN) and $36.00/hr (LPN)
Years of Experience Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years

Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services (DON):
- Responsible for the Utilization Review functions related to the skilled level of care, including identification of all nursing and therapy skilled services and appropriate capture of the resources needed to provide those, regardless of payer source, within the daily documentation and prescribed assessment process
- Effectively communicates with other healthcare providers, referral sources, and team members to coordinate care
- Must have an unrestricted and active Iowa (or compact state) RN/LPN license
- Must possess and maintain knowledge of current state and federal regulations related to the skilled assessment and billing process to ensure resources are utilized effectively
- Skilled nursing / long term care (LTC) / rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
- Must have outstanding physical assessment skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
