During an exciting time of firm growth, we are looking for an Associate in our Advisory group that has a passion for serving business entities. The Associate strives to perform at a high level of service and is able to work independently as a strong self-starter.
In this specialized role, the Associate in our Advisory group will play a key role in advising business entities. You will help businesses strategically work through their financial, operational, and regulatory challenges while maximizing their financial efficiencies. Due to these efforts, your clients will be able to focus more on their goals! This position will also have the opportunity to assist on special projects.
With a more consultative approach to our Business Advisory clients, this role can expect consistent work hours throughout the year, without a peak in busy season hours.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provides financial accounting and consulting services
- Builds on education and experience to gain a functional level of technical and operational knowledge to proficiently perform assigned tasks
- Prepares financial reports and conducts financial analysis
- Prepares review and compilation financial statements
- Provides support for the audit process
- Assists in the long-term planning process for clients
- Performs analytical and detailed work with qualitative analysis, e.g. process improvement that leads to better employee satisfaction, efficiently and accurately
- Utilizes and develops a functional understanding of firm software and internal workflow/procedures to manage binder documentation and maintain client information
- Exercises discretion and judgment when working with confidential client matters
- Conducts process evaluations, special analysis projects, software implementations and ongoing support
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Associate candidate has:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 years accounting experience preferred. QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required.
- Desire to work in an environment of trust and mutual respect
- Commitment to actively seek growth and learning opportunities
- Excellent client-service orientation

Salary : $48,200 - $61,000
