Abeka Academy Transcript ClerkThe Abeka Academy Transcription Clerk processes both incoming and outgoing transcripts of Abeka Academy accredited students for the Assistant Principal for review.
The Clerk is also responsible for the various letters, forms, reports, and paperwork associated with academic records.
Manage Transcripts
Provide Abeka Academy transcripts as requested by customers, colleges, and other institutions.
Create Academic Forms and Reports
Document and maintain academic information such as GPA, class rank, standardized test scores, and Social Security benefits paperwork.
Develop Policies
Assist with testing of new policies and procedures as they affect the transcript area. Report any suggestions and / or concerns to improve procedures and processes.
Assist Customers
Answer customer questions and concerns from calls, emails, or chats.

College Degree (Required), MS

1 years at Abeka Enrollments, 1 years in transcript evaluations
Physical Requirements and Skills
Microsoft Office, Willing to learn department-specific programs, Written and Verbal Communications (Inactive)
