Administrative Assistant/Customer Service - Fulltime opportunities in our busy dealership group! We are looking for candidates with a professional, polished phone and in-person presence, for customer-facing positions. Must be able to stay organized while multi-tasking throughout the workday. Good computer and email skills, as we have several different computer programs you will need to utilize. Good people skills, communication skills and accurate math skills are also important. A positive, professional attitude and good work ethic are essential. This position will be 5 days a week Mon through Sat., with one weekday off (position will require availability to work most Saturdays).

Specific Job-Related Duties and Responsibilities May Include:
- Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in person and by phone
- Handles customer questions and complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
- Provides administrative assistance to department as needed
- Filing and scanning documents; organizing paperwork
- Proper routing of incoming calls and messages
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments when needed
