Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the master schedule for all homecare services
- Coordinate caregiver assignments to ensure appropriate coverage
- Monitor and document changes in client needs and caregiver availability
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to caregivers and clients
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and caregivers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in scheduling or coordinating services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer software for scheduling
- Bilingual ( Spanish Speaking)
- Competitive hourly compensation ($23 - $27 per hour)
