Provider/Caregiver

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.

Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques as needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
- Support residents with behavior management techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of resident rights and person-centered care principles
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
