- Review business and requirements analysis documents, and provide comments.
- Review Test Plans and Test Scripts provided by vendors, and provide comments.
- Participate in all QA-related meetings.
- Understand customer requirements, both technical and operational.
- Develop and execute test scripts based on project requirements (manual and automated), log defects, and provide test reports.

- QA Analysis Experience: At least 8 years of QA analysis experience in a public safety communications environment.
- Logging and Recording QA Analysis: Experience with Logging and Recording QA analysis.
- Computer Aided Dispatch QA Analysis: Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) QA analysis.
- Software Lifecycle Test Phases: Experience with software lifecycle test phases, including ATP, SAT, UAT, and SIT.
- Test Scenario Development: Developed Logging and Recording test scenarios and comprehensive test scripts based on business requirements for application functional, system, and integration testing.
- Testing Stages Participation: Participated in various testing stages such as functional, integration, system, DB validation, automation, manual, and performance testing on the NG911 NYPD Class 2, Logging & Recording project.
- Detail Report Generation: Experience with generating detailed reports.
- Team and Independent Work: Team player with the ability to work independently, and experience working with remote teams.
- Test Documentation Experience: Experience in testing all CRUD operations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: SME in Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD).
- NICE Inform Logging and Recording Application: SME in NICE Inform Logging and Recording Application.
