Job Qualifications
We are looking for a personable and responsible individual to work the front reception desk for Advancement and the Office of Gift Planning, providing general administrative and clerical support. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Word and Excel), and Google suite (including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Gmail) is required. Database management software experience is preferred but not required. Must maintain confidentiality due to access to donor information.

Position Description/ Job Duties
Greet visitors and connect them to office staff, or assist them in finding other campus units.
Assist with direct mail projects.
Process, manipulate and distribute daily and weekly reports.
Enter data in CRM and Google sheets/docs.
Scan files to shared drives.
Assist with special projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Availability
We would prefer to have coverage during the lunch hour M-F, or at least three days per week. Please do not apply if you do not have this availability. Otherwise, hours are flexible.
