What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bale position at Abilene Goodwill Industries?
Requires operation of heavy machinery, a baler, forklift and pallet jack. Training will be provided for required machinery use. Hand loading soft materials into baling machines from gaylords. Operating a baler using established guidelines. Transporting bales to a designated area using pallet jacks or forklift. Keep a daily record of number of bales produced. Assisting with loading/unloading trucks of recyclable material. Keep work area safe.
Must be 18 or older
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Operating heavy machinery experience preferred but not required
