Position Available:

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) Case Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work or related field
• Relevant employment experience, preferably working with high school youth and/or persons with disabilities
• Expressed desire to work with high school/transition age individuals for the purpose of preparing them for work
• Expressed belief in the inherent growth potential of all individuals served
• Reliable vehicle for transportation; valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification

Job Duties:

• Teach any or all of the five core Pre-Employment Transition Services topics
• Foster growth and model employer expectations through appearance, communication, and demeanor
• Maintain understanding of educational materials and resources and formal assessment tools and processes, as well as labor market trends.
• Provide job coaching for Work Based Learning referrals as needed
• Documentation of services provided and youth progress
• Participation in Staffings and IEP meetings as warranted

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday- Friday
