Job Description
K1ds Count Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team at K1ds Count Therapy. K1ds Count Therapy is an Indiana-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing pediatric services since 2014. Join a team of 300 RBTs, BAs, outpatient therapists (ST, OT, PT, MH), administrative specialists, and leaders serving our centers in Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville as well as area schools. Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
- Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients in-line with Today’s ABA principles
- Complete accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums
- Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth
- Provide summary of client’s therapy day at pick-up
- Achieve and maintain RBT certification
- Collaboration with other service providers (ST, OT, PT)
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in pediatrics or ABA preferred, but not required
- Complete and pass initial background check
- Complete and pass initial drug screening
