ABL Health Care, LLC the Home Healthcare agency is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATOR'S ASSISTANT - Home Health with at least 2 years of Home Health Agency experience.

Responsibilities:
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate employee
Answers all incoming telephone calls and directs them appropriately
Call/Text employees when requested
Ensures all phones are transferred to answering service when leaving for the day and notifies the answering service of who the “Nurse on Call” is
At beginning of day, retrieves phone messages and directs them accordingly
Gathers, collates, and distributes incoming mail
Maintains office filing systems, and files all documents appropriately
Responsible for copying documents as requested
Responsible for placing the designated backup receptionist in place when on break or at lunch or on PTO
Maintains fax/copier machine to ensure that there is paper, ink cartridges and a log is maintained on incoming and outgoing faxes
Maintains confidentiality regarding any patient and agency records
Other duties as assigned
Composes and types correspondences
Implement new office processes as it relates to running a successful Home Health Care company
Process incoming new patients requests
Coordinate and monitor patient assignments to patient care staff
Review completeness of patient records from patient care staff
Follow up with patient care staff on the status of care and completeness of charts
Review forms that are needed to be in compliance in regards to patient care
Train staff on using WellSky (Kinnser) software
