Job Description

  • Establish, increase and keep customer relationships
  • Reach out to business leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the decision of customer troubles and proceedings to maximize delight
  • Track customer feedback
  • Communicate the value of our goods to customers
  • Create, distribute, and answer customer reviews
  • Understand our products and services in-depth in order to educate future customers
  • Describe the requests of customers to the marketing and product departments.
