General Responsibility

Maintain production of fiberglass and composite components by performing a variety of routing, trimming, sanding, and finishing operations on closed mold technology components.

Will be familiar with and perform all phases of composite production final finish from pulling parts from molds through repairing, trimming, and finishing.

Will help organize and be responsible for using and maintaining all production equipment and a "clean room" work area.

Apply masking for multi-color cabs.

Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements include areas of de-molding parts, assembly of parts, routing, trimming, and final finishing.
