BOOK-KEEPING/ ACCOUNTING ROLE
Daily
- Deposit checks, cash, card & PayTrace receipts into QB
- Enter bills/ expenses into QB (Pos) accurately
- Accrue for sold cart sales
Weekly
- Prep vendor payments for payment
- Pay off sold carts
- Reverse accruals
A/R
- Twice/ month Run payroll and commisions
Monthly
- Rec banks. credit card & cash
- Rec accruals & pre-payments
- Rec floorplans
- Check classes in QB
- Review warranty claims Review warranty holdbacks
- CO-OP claims & reconcile
Month end reporting
- NV & CA sales tax reporting
Quarterly
- Inventory
- Quarterly and annual statutory reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
