What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Project Manager position at ABM Mechanical?
Excellent communication skills written and oral are required for this busy mechanical contractor with headquarters located in central Maine. You will assist project manager and site superintendent with project coordination, GC communication, technical project documentation, purchasing, delivery coordination, and vendor/subcontractor management. Comfort with learning/advising Construction ERP (Viewpoint/Spectrum) systems are required. Ability to multi-task imperative for a successful candidate.
