Pay: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly

ABM Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Services Manager to join our team. The Facility Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring employee and business partner of delivery if integrated facility services across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of integrated facility services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high value solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams within ABM to ensure seamless integration of facility services and efficient coordination.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, facility managers, business partners/vendors, and other ABM staff to address service needs and coordinate activities.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address facility services challenges effectively, implement solutions to maintain a well-managed environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility service needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with ABM's safety standards and industry regulations.
- Service Expertise: Utilize expert knowledge of integrated facility services, including maintenance, janitorial, and other related services, to ensure timely, efficient, and excellent service delivery.
- Facilities Management: Oversee physical maintenance and operations of buildings, facilities, and building systems. Plan, implement, and direct any maintenance preventative programs. Ensure preventative tasks/maintenance requirements are met to standard.
- Project Management: Able to manage assigned tasks, oversee multiple business partners/vendors, and projects in a timely manner and to effective completion.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that ABM's high standards of service delivery are consistently met, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Product and Equipment Management: Stay informed about the latest products and equipment in the facility services industry, making recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Equipment Inspections: Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of service schedules, completed tasks, and any issues or challenges encountered.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in integrated facility services with a focus on expertise and efficiency.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on supervisory experience, facilities maintenance preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building maintenance, janitorial, and subcontracted related facility services.
- Excellent leadership and training skills.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, machinery, and general maintenance issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and address facility services challenges effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the facility services industry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of up to 25% travel.
- Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and in emergencies.
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Self-motivated with a strong ethic and the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facility services are a plus.
- Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS.
