Job Position: Floor Technician (Full Time Position)
Position Summary:
- Supports a building or a facility by performing floor maintenance on designated areas.

Essential Duties:
- Must be able to do basic floor care tasks including sweeping, wiping, dusting, and mopping.
- Ability to perform experienced stripping and waxing, auto scrubbing, polishing, and buffing procedures.
Other tasks to be done but not limited to:
- Providing customer service when needed.
- Carpet care including shampooing and extraction.
- Restroom scrubbing.
- Disinfecting.
- Trash/Recycling.
- Stone care knowledge.
- Detail cleaning.
- Pressure washing.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary.
- Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report screen.
- Ability to take direction from Lead/Supervisor.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
- Ability to work in secure environments.
