What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garage Maintenance position at ABM US?
Pay: $14 (WEEKLY PAY)
Saturday- 11AM-7PM Sunday-11AM-7PM
Garage Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair and complete general maintenance on gate(s)
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment
- Sweep floors
- Wipe down surfaces and equipment
- Perform general maintenance of the parking lot and/or garage, including but not limited to:
- Pressure washing
- Power sweeping
- Painting
- Snow removal/salting (as needed)
- Basic repairs
- Pick up trash throughout the garage or lot; empty trash receptacles
- Perform basic truck maintenance including cleaning, washing, oil changes, headlight replacement, and other general upkeep
- Work independently and as part of the team
- Observe safety precautions at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Stand for up to six (6) consecutive hours
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Move quickly and carefully throughout the parking area
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Other Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Expected to constantly work in all outdoor weather conditions
