- Maintains their work area, which is often a business entrance, performing housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and adhere to control and security policies. Helps guests feel comfortable and gives a positive first impression.
- Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co-workers
- Guests may sometimes be frustrated, confused, or angry, so it’s vital that greeters are able to remain calm, professional, and polite
- Has knowledge of relevant products, policies and procedures
- Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all other departments
- Attends all required Department scheduled shifts, meetings and training sessions
- Maintains a safe work area
- Able to enact facility emergency procedures
- Provides optimal levels of customer service wherever possible
- Analyzes the customer’s requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.
- One year of similar experience preferred.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history
