What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Cleaner position at ABM US?
ABM is looking for an individual interested in working in a team setting with willingness to travel daily, Monday-Friday (will not be home every night). We focus on providing residential and commercial cleaning to assigned building and facilities. We also install and tear up flooring such as concrete, hardwood, and carpet. We have many leaders at ABM who started their career in this role so if you want to grow, we can show you how.
Responsibilities:
- Drive company van to and from various job sites and service areas
- Basic cleaning such as dusting, throwing away trash, moving furniture, sweeping, mopping, etc.
- Install/tear up flooring such as concrete, hardwood, carpet and any other hard surfaces
- Cleaning of flooring, concrete polishing, hardwood refinishing, carpet washing
- Use of machinery such as truck lift, fork-lifts, scissor lifts, pallet jack, etc.
Requirements:
- No experience needed, on the job training provided.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must be comfortable with travel. Free lodging included.
- Compliance with company policy regarding pre-employment background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Schedule:
- Full time, 8 hours
- 100% travel
- On call
