What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Cleaner position at ABM US?
The Cleaner position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Responsible for the cleaning of the public parking garages, public surface lots, employee parking lots, Exit Plaza, and parking office within this 24hour/7 day a week parking facility.
To clean all parking areas associated with the daily operations of the Kahului, Kahului Heliport and Kapalua airport parking facility.
To clear ticket jams in ticket dispenser.
To clean and service all parking equipment associated with parking facility.
Repair/Replacement of the parking gate arms.
Assist with special projects and assignments, not specifically listed above.
May perform other duties to ensure productive operations, quality service, and client and customer satisfaction; may perform parking attendant and garage maintenance functions.
