What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Operations Manager position at ABM US?
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assure that the labor to budget goals are achieved for their specific jobs during each quarter
Assure that the supplies to budget goals are achieved for each specific job during each quarter
Purchase of parking supplies and related services
Maintain contract specifications
Maintain service quantity and quality to client and company
Will assist with processing payroll
Perform Safety and HR Audits
Recruiting and new hire training
Perform job counseling and issue employee discipline if necessary while working with Human Resources
Check all work nightly and turn in completion reports
Perform all other duties as assigned or requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Two to four years of Supervisory experience is preferred
Two to four years of Customer Service experience is preferred
Proven ability to use Microsoft Office including Excel and Word and Outlook
Proven ability to learn and understand any applicable payroll/accounting software
Good communication skills both written and verbal
