Building Maintenance Lead

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

Pay range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Job Duties:

- First employee in to walk the building entrances are presentable and garbage and debris removed from exteriors.

- Remove graffiti.

- Set up/ Reset all conference rooms for events.

- Support all day staff employees at both Center and Plaza buildings.

- Lead Monthly Safety Meetings

- Help Cover call outs.

- Train new employees

- Maintain pressure washers, floor equipment and blowers.

- Over see the daily cleaning of (2) parking garages- including stairwells

- Replace lights that are out throughout the building and garage locations

- Complete (2) quality service inspections at each property location daily.

- Using the Building App check for, complete and respond to all assigned work orders.

- Answer/Send emails with Bldg Management

- Ensure completion of Scope Of Work Task Lists by on site staff.

- Complete inventory review of paper products and lighting supplies monthly

Expectations:

- Communicate proactively with employees/contractors/vendors

- Follow all Safety Processes

- Be able to operate pressure washer, floor equipment and blowers

- Basic Maintenance including painting.

- Work with Building Engineers

- Complete Inspections daily through ABM App

- Proactively Observe and address all maintenance and cleaning items.

- Have a professional positive attitude.

- Follow and uphold all policies and procedures of ABM and the client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • In-person

Ability to Relocate:

  • Portland, OR 97204: Relocate before starting work (Required)
