Position Summary Details
The Valet/Attendant is responsible for driving, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience upon their arrival and departure. The Valet must be able to operate a stick shift vehicle.
Essential Functions
- Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Uses respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relays information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.
- Quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
- Follows all company procedures and complies with all safety regulations
Valet Responsibilities
- Greets customers at service level parking and safely moves vehicle to designated location.
- Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking.
- Accurately track tickets and car keys.
- Perform general cashier duties.
- Act as flagger or traffic director.
Qualifications
- One year of similar experience preferred
- Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
- Must have Valid Driver's License and Pass MVR
- Must be able to drive manual shift vehicles.
