What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Facility Cleaner position at ABM?
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean assigned areas in a facility or office center.
- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks.
- Duties include cleaning and maintaining restrooms, breakrooms, carpets, and vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors hard surface floors.
- Other normal cleaning and maintenance duties include, dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and/or blinds, as well as emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows and restrooms.
- Bending required in cleaning high and low spaces in a facility or office environment.
- Must be flexible with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
