Process Improvement Coordinator - Construction

Location: South Bend, Indiana

Join Inovateus Solar, a leading contractor in the solar farm industry, based in the vibrant city of South Bend, Indiana. We are on the lookout for an SOP Specialist to play a crucial role in our Pre-Construction Department. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about driving operational efficiency and ensuring consistency through the meticulous development and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and update SOPs, collaborating closely with various business units to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.

Engage with leadership to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable SOPs.

Continuously assess and refine SOPs, aligning them with industry standards and best practices.

Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency across the organization.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in drafting SOPs, preferably within the construction or related industries.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with spreadsheet and word processing software.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with high levels of leadership.

Pay: $57,700.00 - $74,900.00 per week
