This position requires someone with a flexible schedule, able to work both day and night shift.
Wage: $25/hour
Schedule: On 2, off 2, on 3 week one, off 2, on 2, off 3 week two
12 hour shifts
Responsibilities for the Supervisor include:
- Overseeing he day-to-day production operation
- Exceeding daily production forecasts
- Work hand-in-hand with other supervisors to ensure a seamless operating environment between shifts
- Provide leadership to all team members
- Employee performance and corrective action
