Position Overview: As our Inside Sales & Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact, providing superior support to end users, dealers, and manufacturer representatives. Your responsibilities will include processing inquiries, addressing technical questions, and preparing detailed quotes. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, a strong aptitude for learning, and a passion for understanding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across various communication channels.
• Serve as a technical expert on our extensive product range (specific training provided).
• Utilize Salesforce.com to generate accurate customer quotes.
• Proactively engage with targeted customers to foster strong relationships.
• Process and review orders with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure timely acknowledgment of all released orders.
• Embody and uphold Abra’s Values in all interactions and activities.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity when communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in computer skills, including typing, email, and basic software applications.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Previous experience in technical sales and customer service.
• Experience in the construction or forestry industry is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
