ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with operations leaders to understand critical staffing needs and key requirements to identify quality talent prospects
- Have a complete understanding of recruiting techniques, using all resources not limited too, scanning resumes, cold calling, networking, referral gathering, and other strategies to identify talent and build talent pipelines
- Identify and participate in events that develop relationships and connections to quality talent
- Collect and analyze competitive intelligence data in designated territories
- Provide leadership, coaching, training and development to TA Sourcer team
- Access, monitor and evaluate TA Sourcer activities and provide tactical direction where needed to meet recruiting targets; to include workload assessment, client satisfaction, TA Sourcer performance, training needs, tools assessment, and other various activities to meet business needs
- Develop and deliver on recruiting approaches/concepts and converting them into action – utilizing both “strategic and tactical” engagements to positively impact our talent acquisition approach
- Implement appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure and improve results and cost-effectiveness of team
- Maintain superior collaborative relationships with hiring managers, business partners, key internal stakeholders, and peers
Requirements
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- 4 year college degree preferred (BA/BS)
- 2-3 years Recruiting experience, or Human Resources/Sourcing experience
- 1 year management/leadership experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organization skills
- Must be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Familiar with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (preferred)
- Strong work ethic
- Self motivated
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year college degree preferred (BA/BS)
- 2-3 years Recruiting experience, or Human Resources/Sourcing experience
- 1 year management/leadership experience
- Strong candidates have at least one year experience working in the home care industry (or related industry – hospice, home health, hospital, etc.)
