We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Site Manager for Custodial Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to be hands-on, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of cleaning professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
- Hands-On Cleaning Tasks: Actively participate in cleaning tasks, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, and pressure washing, as needed.
- Quality Standards Maintenance: Ensure all areas under your responsibility meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are maintained and used effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
