We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our team!

Medical Office Manager Pay:

DOE- highly competitive

Medical Office Manager Hours:

M-Thurs 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm

Medical Office Manager Duties:

  • Manage and supervise all administrative and clinical staff in the medical office
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Manage payroll

Medical Office Manager Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively

Exceptional communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers

  • Ability to lead a team and foster a positive work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
