This role is for a multi faceted individual who can maneuver between multiple disciplines throughout a given week. The ideal candidate can learn relatively quickly, read and learn from documented standard operating procedures and is not afraid to ask questions if something is unclear.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Invoice and accounts receivable management
- Marketing and Sales Admin tasks
- Inventory management, organization and vendor relations. Ordering and receiving.
- Office administration tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Good interpersonal skills along with good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Google suite of applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Mail, etc)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
Compensation Package:
- Medical, Dental, Long and Short term Disability fully paid by employer after 90 days.

- Salary (paid two times per month)
