Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master. The Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master will be responsible for daily management of the project team, overseeing project timelines, ensuring project objectives are met, and prioritizing the team's work. This role will be primarily located in Phoenix, AZ but will require flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills including strategic planning and problem-solving
  • Communication Skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
  • Program and Project Management Skills to manage people, time, and resources effectively
  • Team Leadership Skills to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience delivering agile projects using Scrum or other agile delivery methods
  • Experience with software development practices, especially in an Agile environment
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. PMP, CSM) are a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
