Job Description: Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field of study Degree in Business, Accounting, or IT preferred CEBS, CBP or other related certification highly desirable Work Experiences: At least two years of benefits experience. Skills: Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven ability to data mine and summarize data from disparate information Strong project management skills Advanced business writing skills Advanced interpersonal and customer service skills. Expert level Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access) Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations which include but are not limited to ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and HIPAA Detail oriented Utilize discretion and judgement to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data Responsibilities: Support day to day benefit program administration, including partnering with internal/external business partners to resolve data processing errors Serve as the primary liaison between Benefits and HR Technology, supporting all functional development of our Benefits modules in Workday through optimizing/analyzing current processes, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment. Inclusive of Open Enrollment, ACA Reporting, Life Events, business process updates, and leading configuration support of new functionality Collaborate with Sr. Benefits Manager on annual medical budget analysis and planning Manage compliance processes including but not limited to SOC reporting, non-discrimination testing, and 401K 5500 audit Prepare benefit reports and presentations Provide back-up support to benefit analysts as a point of contact for employee questions on health & welfare, and 401(k) Collaborate with benefit analysts on completing benefit surveys Provide technical support to HR Technology, Payroll, Compensation and HR Operations for special projects related to the benefit life cycle Learn and follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules Adheres to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules applicable to Sr. level employees. Duties may change; may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
