- JOB SUMMARY:** Provide maintenance on aircraft, and ground equipment, perform daily and weekly aircraft inspections, position aircraft and assist pilots to provide safe, legal and efficient operations.

- EQUIPMENT:** Computer, Printer, Copier, Fax, Phone, tools and equipment for aircraft service and repair, tug, man lift

Responsibilities
An aircraft mechanic's job duties and responsibilities are innumerable but very crucial. This is because if not performed correctly, it could result in a loss of life and/or aircraft. The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Adjust, align, and calibrate engine systems, flight systems and airframes.
- Repair the systems for any faults.
- Inspect the engines and airframes.
- Determine the tools and all the equipment required to perform a certain job.
- Recognize problem areas and solve them.
- Install all electrical and plumbing equipment.
- Execute all of the service and maintenance duties.
- Perform inspections.
- Control operations.
- Monitor all gauges and dials to ensure that everything is functioning as it should.
- Recognize any problems that may arise.
- Execute Director of Operations orders.
- Modify the aircraft structure.
- Read and interpret manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Maintain all aircraft in accordance with CFR FAR part 135 requirements.
- Consult aircraft schedule and position aircraft for scheduled flights.
- Other duties, as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
- High School Diploma or GED or greater.
- Maintain proper certifications
- Airframe & Powerplant Certification
- Maintain social, ethical and organizational norms.
- Achieve accomplishment of all task details.
- Maintain good personal motivation; develop a sense of ownership of job tasks and results.
- Must have a sense of urgency for all work performed.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
