As the Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving all aspects of our customer service operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive outstanding service from initial contact to post-service follow-ups. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure effective and efficient communication with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall client experience
Train, supervise, and motivate the customer service team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service
Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional communication and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our service offering
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably within the health, wellness, or fitness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members
Strong leadership and people management abilities
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
