Pay Rate: $35 Hourly Shift: 1st shift 5:30am-2:30pm Contract: Temp 12 Months

Job Description:

Program, Operate, and Maintain an Eagle Fiber Laser.
Responsible for operation, loading, and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
Process Work Orders as quickly and as accurately as possible.
Ensure nesting is as economical as possible to ensure minimum waste.
Complete CAD functions such as, drawing, modifying and nesting in a timely manner utilizing EAGLE eSOFT software and AutoCAD.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Knowledge in the use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments include but are not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, and scales.
Must possess basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
Understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerance interpretation.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in 2-D Autocad, 3-D NX, or similar CAD software.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must have regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to meet deadlines.
You have 2 years of successful experience in a performing Fiber Laser (or other similar technology) operation and programming.
You have an Associate's Degree or 2 years of vocational technical training (experience in lieu of degree may be considered).
HS diploma or equivalent required.
You have specialized skill training/certification as required.
