Acara Solutions is looking for an Fill Pack Operator for our Client located in Newark, DE
- This is an entry-level role that will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
- A production worker completes a wide variety of production and manufacturing related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
- Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect and package finished product.
- Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
- Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing related issues.
- Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
- Comply with quality system and regulatory agencies: FDA, ISO, OSHA.
- Follow all area safety rules and procedures.
Pay and Benefits:
- The Salary for this position is $ 16.64 per hour (Max Pay rate).
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as Fill Pack Operator

Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
- Position the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and safety shoes.
- PPE will be provided by Client.
- Individuals be to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Position lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
- Based on business needs individuals be to work overtime and be asked to modify their work hours.
