Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customers in Tonawanda, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

Open and sort mail.
Direct mail to the appropriate party.
Identify items that need immediate attention and route them appropriately.
Assemble property tax return documents and mail them to jurisdictions.
Scanning and indexing of Property Tax invoices.
Scanning and indexing of property tax notices of value.
Contact taxing jurisdictions to obtain invoice information, including assessed values and payoff amounts.
Other support to the team as necessary.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $34 - $35/hr.

Hours: 40hrs/week (M-F 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM).

Length: Temporary (4 Months).

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Business or Finance.
Excel proficiency and Data Entry experience.
Highly Organized.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Basic Excel and data entry skills.
Must be able to handle a high volume of activity/transactions.
Good communication skills.
