What you will be doing... Your IMPACT
- Monitor and analyze vessel fleet and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Provide strategic planning to support long-term organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage the monthly vessel fleet and budget report creation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the team to forecast resource requirements and make data-driven decisions for fleet optimization.
- Develop, implement, and manage budget planning strategies to optimize resource allocation and control costs.
- Prepare and present regular fleet and budget reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improving fleet and budget performance.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of the vessel Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
- Collaborate with teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives to support cost-saving measures.

You will need to have:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions and provide recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in analyzing and reporting data.
Even better if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 Years of proven experience in fleet planning, budgeting, engineering, or a similar role in the maritime industry is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of maritime regulations, industry trends, and best practices in fleet management is preferred.
