We are looking for our Direct Client Full Time Hire for “Data Engineer” - Sleepy Eye, MN (Hybrid)
Salary : $100k to $110k / annum Benefits

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Engineer and implement data models for dimensions and facts within the staging and warehouse layer of our enterprise data lake house.
- Engineer and implement new and modify existing ETLs, data pipelines, and ELTs to move data from a variety of source systems, including structured and unstructured data, to fit into dimensional data models with large data sets.
- Troubleshoots, identifies issues and remediates data performance issues that come with developing, querying, and combining large data sets from a variety of sources.
- Answerable for executing simultaneous project activities that require innovative problem solving.
- Offers 2nd level employee support for decision science services.
- Research tools, disciplines and industry trends and recommend improvements for team or company consideration.
Skills Needed:
The resume should be more focused on “Data Warehouse Development or Data Modelling”. Skills that are needed to be in the resume are
- 3 years of experience in Data warehouse Development or Dimensional Data modelling
- Experience in design and development in ETL tools like SSIS programming
- Scripting experience in SQL or Python
- Experience in Reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS (Power BI is preferred)
