We are looking for our Direct Client Full Time Hire for “Email Marketing Manager” - Full Time – Arlington, TX (Onsite)
Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Make data-driven recommendations to heighten campaign success as it pertains to revenue, open rates, click rates, and CTO
· Implement global best practices for outbound and inbound marketing, lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and lead nurturing
· Manage HubSpot as it pertains to billing, troubleshooting, integrations, and new features/capabilities
· Work with the marketing team to understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
· Maintain and manage HubSpot contact databases and workflows to maintain data cleanliness
· Conceptualize and develop segmentation strategies to ensure email relevance to prospects and customers
Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience with Marketing Automation
· Experience in CRM integrations (MS Dynamics preferred)
· Have 3 years hands-on experience in email marketing, including the building and coding of email templates
· Have a HubSpot Certification (Preferred)
· Experienced working in SQL, from solving broken queries to designing new ones
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
